Aluminum frame made in USA. Fairly certain this is a 2003 because the first two digits of serial number are 03.
I believe this is a size large, here are the measurements let me know if you need more.
Seat tube c-t: 20.5”
Seat tube c-c: 18”
Top tube c-c: 22.5”
Head tube: 5”
BB shell width: 68mm
Seat tube 35mm diameter
Accepts 27.2 seatpost diameter
Some wear spots from cable housing rub. Scratches, scuffs, paint chips, and one dent on down tube under the Santa Cruz decal that I posted a photo of. Had no issues with the frame, rides great.
